The Geeks for Geeks Charity Auction

Every year Pure Speculation hosts an auction in support of a worthy local cause. Once again, we have given our support to the Edmonton Small Press Association, a fantastic local charity working hard in our community. By bidding on fantastic lots donated by local businesses, our sponsors, artists and interested individuals, you get to take home some swell SF swag and help a worthy cause all in one go.

Costume Shindig Its Saturday night at Pure Speculation, and you know what that means! Costumed geekery and shenanigans! Come in your costumed best and help us dance the night away in the Omega Party Room! Please Note: As alcohol will be served at this event, minors will not be admitted.

The Pure Speculation Art Show Your chance to see and perhaps take home some excellent original art work by local and Canadian sci-fi/fantasy artists. And if you are one of those artists, this is your chance to show your work to an admiring crowd.
